After reading about butternut squash seeds in the previous post.... What would you do if the last 2 potatoes in the bag went soft and tested the season by sending out exploratory spouts? 1. Would you peel them and eat them anyway? 2. Would you just toss them away? 3. Would yo put them in the compost box? 4. OR would you hill up a bit of earth and....plant them?
